My husband was a very successful corporate real estate broker among other things. Pam would have been one of his favorite real estate sales people if he had known her. She is where you want to list your home to sale. She puts her heart and soul into what she is doing and she knows the market. I had many choices one was a young broker who owned his own company, master's degree, would have given me a 5% broker fee, and he had an in to the Chinese market in San Jose, and more but I chose Pam because Pam is a sales person and this broker was not a sales person.
